All fees to be paid to By Your Side at least 24 hours in advance by BACS transfer.
By Your Side requires 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Appointments will be rescheduled as soon as possible, subject to availability.
A fixed fee of £35 will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
Fees include up to 45 minutes’ journey time from the By Your Side office in NW6. Longer journey times by arrangement; extra travel time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
